Opening your console

Reading your clients, your prices and the work coming in.

Your console

Everything below is read from the database. Nothing here is an estimate.

What you offer

Your services and what they cost

Tick what you take. For each one, say how you charge and whether you deliver or go to them. If a price genuinely depends on the request, choose agreed per request — an invented number is one your client will hold you to.

Your email is . It is not editable here: this console has no password, the link is the key, and a form that could move the address would let anyone holding that link move the whole account somewhere you cannot read. To change it, email info@itsnum.com from the address we have.

Unticking a service hides its pricing but does not delete it — tick it again and your prices come back.

A NUM member with no host is only ever offered someone who actually works their city. Radius is capped at 500km on purpose — the whole value of this is that you are really there.

Free

Every plan holds unlimited clients. What a plan buys is reach: the calendar feed and text alerts, then the host network and introductions from NUM, then products and Ghost Message. Change your plan below.

Often different from the number on your application — the 6am message needs to reach the person, not the office.

Only possible with a valid mobile above.

Calendar

Your confirmed work, in your own calendar

Subscribe once and every confirmed request appears in the calendar you already use. This is a read-only feed — NUM publishes, your calendar subscribes. We never ask for write access to anyone's calendar, and we never will.

Save your profile once and your feed URL appears here.

Three things, and NUM can work for you

Nothing below takes more than a minute, and until the first one is done we cannot quote you to anybody — a host with no prices is a host NUM has nothing to say about.

Today

Your week

Everything confirmed, in the order it happens — and anyone still waiting on an answer from you.

Your book

Your clients

The people you look after. They are never charged by NUM, for anything, on any plan. You pay one monthly plan to use NUM — no per-booking fee, no commission on your work — and no plan limits how many clients you can have. We are not going to charge you for the size of your own book.

Add a client

This is what makes the difference between an assistant and a stranger. It is visible only to you and to NUM.

At least 40 characters. Stored with your name and the date — it is the lawful basis for holding someone else's details, and it is what we would rely on if anyone ever asks.

Their file

Client

Its own box on purpose. A "no" buried in a paragraph about favourite hotels is a no somebody misses.

Tags rather than a sentence, so you can answer “which of my people would want to know about this”.

Kept apart from what they like for a reason. A wrong wine is a bad evening.

What is happening to them, not just what you are doing for them — the flight they booked themselves, the board meeting, the birthday. So you do not put a dinner on top of it.

Import a calendar they sent you

A .ics from Apple Calendar, Google, Outlook or their agent. Send the same trip again later and it updates rather than doubling up. Repeating events are shown once and marked — we do not expand a recurrence we cannot get right.

Every confirmed booking is a line. NUM does not invent an invoice number — your own system already has a sequence, and a second one of ours against the same client is how a payment gets applied to the wrong thing. Put your reference in and mark it as it moves.

WhatWhenAmountYour refState

Their own page. It already exists for every client — it is how they see who holds their details and how they leave, and neither of those is switchable.

Introductions

NUM members near you who want a host

When someone books through NUM in a city you cover and has no host, we can offer them you. They ask first, you accept second. Until both, they see your first name, your city and one line about you — never your email or your number. Decline and their details are deleted and they are never offered to you again.

The work

Requests

What your clients have asked for. NUM drafts, prices from your list and reminds you — it never confirms anything to your client on your behalf. You are the first point of contact; we make you look organised, not absent.

Confirming costs you nothing. There is no per-booking fee and no commission on your work — your plan is the whole of what you pay NUM, however much you confirm.

Your shelf

Products

Three kinds, one shelf. Your own products — hampers, packaged experiences, anything with a fixed price. NUM's products you can put in front of your clients. And Ghost Message lines: a code a client texts to get something delivered.

The Ghost rule. A Ghost line needs a SKU, a keyword, a photo and a real price before it can go live. A code that resolves to nothing is worse than no code at all — the client texted it off a card and got silence. Save an incomplete line and we keep it as a draft rather than pretending it works.

Your fleet

The things you actually let out. A client asks for a boat out of Phuket on Saturday and this is what answers them — with photographs, a real day rate, and a calendar that will not let the same hull go out twice. Your supplier can text a photo straight to NUM and it lands here waiting for your nod.

Two rules that never bend. A photo texted in is held until you approve it — nothing reaches a booker unseen. And a registration number is never sent to a client: a hull or tail number tells anyone who looks it up who owns the boat and what is owed on it. We keep it for you and show the client the boat.
Drop your photographs here Or tap to choose them. Up to twelve at a time, JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC. Pictures of the same car, boat or aircraft are put together — and nothing goes live until you have read it back.
Add something to the fleet

Pick a supplier and it becomes theirs to photograph. Their texted-in pictures will file against it automatically when it is the only thing they look after.

Photos waiting on you

Texted in by a supplier, or one of yours that did not get filed. Pick which one it belongs to, or bin it. Nothing here is visible to a client yet, and nothing here is anyone else's — another host's photographs never appear in your queue.

The calendar

A booked or pencilled hold blocks the hull. Blocked and maintenance are your own business and may overlap each other.

Who does the work

Your suppliers

The marina that preps the boat. The driver who delivers the car. The crew who meet your guests. They need no app and no account — a phone number is the whole setup, and from that moment they can text photographs of anything they look after straight to NUM.

You pay them. We do not. NUM records the job, the instructions and the receipt so nothing is argued about later, and never sits between you and the person doing the work. Adding someone tells them — by email where you give one — and they can stop it in one word.
Add a supplier

The mobile is what lets them text photos in, so it is worth getting. The country code is not optional — without it we cannot tell a Thai number from a British one, and a photo could land on the wrong person's listing.

Other hosts

Your client wants a car in Bangkok and you do not have one there. Another host does. They invoice you, you bill your client as normal. The host who does the work keeps 100% of their price; you, as the one posting the job, pay NUM 5% on top. We never charge your client and we never appear to them — that is the only version of this that keeps "your clients stay yours" true when the work crosses a border.

Find someone for your client

Nobody's email or number appears here, and neither does yours. You ask, they accept, and only then do you have each other.

Your connections

Your plan

What you pay, and what it unlocks

Every plan holds unlimited clients, including the free one. A plan buys reach, never room — and it is the only thing you pay NUM. No per-booking fee, no commission on your work.

Remove a client

Remove from your book?

This is not the same as pausing. is told by NUM that you have removed them, they leave your console, and you are not billed for anything of theirs again. NUM keeps booking their travel directly, as it does for any member without a host — and it is not charged to them either, because NUM never bills a traveller.

You cannot undo this from here. If they come back it is a new consent, and it is theirs to give. If you only want them out of the way for a while, pause them instead — a paused client is not billed and is not told anything.

Whatever you write is passed on word for word. NUM does not add a reason of its own.

Leaving NUM

Close your host account

Everyone in your book is released and told directly — they are told it was an account closure, not anything about them. Your plan is cancelled, you are not billed again, your coverage and your network connections end, and this console link stops working.

We keep the record of the bookings you confirmed and of each release, because that is what makes a later question answerable. We do not keep working on anything for you. Your clients’ details are yours — ask before you close and we will send you the list.

Not a checkbox. A checkbox is one tap away from a scroll, and this ends relationships that belong to other people.

Invite the people you already look after

Paste them below, one per line: name, email, phone. We send one message each, with your name on it. If they do not say yes, they never hear from us again.

Before you paste. These are your clients, not ours. You need their permission to pass their details to a supplier acting for you — under UK GDPR and PECR a list you bought, scraped, or inherited is not a list you can hand over. We will ask you to say, in your own words, how you got it.

Email is required for each line — it is the only channel we can lawfully use today. Phone is optional and is never messaged without a separate opt-in from them.

At least 40 characters. This is stored with your name, the date and your IP address, and it is what we would rely on if anyone ever asks.
