There is no listing fee, no setup fee and no monthly minimum. NUM earns when it sends you a booking that actually happens — and not otherwise.

Prices are in US dollars and every paid plan cancels monthly. Cancelling never removes your listing — the free plan is the floor, not a trial. Placement in a recommendation is not for sale on any plan.
Nothing. A claimed listing is free and stays free. NUM only earns when it completes a booking for you, and then it is 10% of a restaurant bill, 15% on a room, 20% on an activity.
A success fee on completed bookings that NUM made. If a traveller finds you some other way, or the booking does not happen, there is no fee. A walk-in or one of your own regulars is $2.00 flat (£1.50 · €2.00 · ฿70) if they settle through our code, and no fee at all if they do not.
No. The free listing works without it. The dashboard is for businesses that want to see and change things themselves.
Yes, monthly, and your listing stays live. Cancelling the dashboard does not remove you from the concierge.
