If you look after people — a client list, a group of regulars, a family office, a roster of travellers — you are already a concierge. What you do not have is something answering all of them at once, at 3am, in the language they asked in. That is what NUM does, and it sends the work to your people first.

What it looks like
Tom is your driver. NUM did not find him, replace him, or take a cut of him. It texted him, got the confirmation, and told your client. If Tom had been busy, or if there were no Tom in that city, NUM would have gone looking — and told you what it found before anything was booked.
The order it works in
If they said Tom, it texts Tom. Named people are never routed around.
Your own drivers, guides, restaurants and fixers — ranked by who is nearest and who has said yes to this kind of job before.
If your book does not reach that city, NUM texts other NUM hosts who do, and brings you back a few real quotes.
Only if nobody human can take it. Flights, cars and stays through licensed booking partners, so nothing simply goes unanswered.
We are not trying to become your clients’ concierge. You are. Your clients stay yours, your suppliers stay yours, and the relationships you spent years building are not ours to route around.
NUM is the thing that answers at 3am when you are asleep, keeps twelve requests straight at once, and remembers that Mr. Adeyemi does not eat shellfish and always wants the second-floor table.
If we ever send one of your clients to someone else while your own person was available and willing, we have broken the product, not just the promise.
What you get
One thread per client. NUM reads what they want, asks the questions you would have asked, and only comes to you when a human actually needs to decide something.
Add your people once — drivers, boats, restaurants, guides, the woman who can always get a table. NUM texts them, chases them, and confirms back.
Travellers already asking NUM for exactly what you do, in the places you cover. You choose what you take. Nothing is assigned to you.
What it costs
A monthly plan. That is the whole of it — you keep 100% of what your clients pay you. No fee per booking, no commission on your work, no cut of anything you arrange. Confirm one job this month or a hundred and the bill is the same. Your clients are never charged by NUM, for anything, on any plan. They never see a NUM line item, because you are the one we work for.
Not the free one either. We are not going to charge you for the size of a book you spent years building — and if we did, your first instinct would be to keep clients off NUM, which would break the thing you came here for. What a plan buys is reach: alerts, then other hosts’ books and new clients from us, then a shelf to sell from. Never room.

Your client wants a car in Bangkok and you have nobody there. A NUM host does. They invoice you, you bill your client exactly as you always have. The host who does the work keeps 100% of their price. You, as the one posting the job, pay NUM 5% on top of it. We never charge your client and we never appear to them — which is the only version of this that keeps “your clients stay yours” true when the work crosses a border.
And nothing is ever handed to you that you did not accept first.
The concierge is live and running trips today. So is the host side you sign up to: host accounts, your client book, your services and prices, requests, products and the host network are built and running. What is still being built is the dispatch layer — texting your named person, then working down your book — and the plan billing itself. Until that is on, you are not charged anything.
You would be among the first hosts on it, which means terms and influence a later host will not get, and it means some of this will be rough while we build it around how you actually work. We would rather say that than let you find out.
Tell us who you look after and where. You get your link and your console straight away — no waiting on us to reply to an email.
A NUM Expert introduced you — their code is already attached, so there is nothing for you to type.
This is your invite link. Someone who joins through it arrives already in your book, as your client — not ours.
And this is your console — arrivals, bookings, your prices and your earnings. Keep it private: it opens your account without a password.
Your console link is on its way to your inbox. We only ever send it there — it opens your account without a password, so it is not something we will show on a screen to whoever typed in your address.
Both links are in your inbox too, so you cannot lose them by closing this tab.
No fee to apply. No exclusivity. Unlimited clients on every plan, including the free one. You keep your clients and your people.
